We, Elzar Shariah Solutions Sdn Bhd, wish to inform all stakeholders that our roles as Shariah Adviser to the following entities have officially ceased:
- Arisprop Capital Berhad (ACB) – Effective 17th April 2024
- Tamu Capital Berhad (TCB) – Effective 13th September 2024
Our company typically refrains from making public announcements when an advisory engagement concludes or is not renewed. We respect the discretion of the respective organization to communicate directly with their stakeholders and, if applicable, to announce their newly appointed advisor.
However, due to recent public confusion and multiple inquiries directed to us suggesting that we are still serving as their Shariah advisor when in fact our engagement had ended some time ago, we find it necessary to issue this clarification to avoid any unintended association with the said entity.
In view of the above, we wish to emphasize the following to our stakeholders:
- Elzar Shariah Solutions Sdn Bhd and Dr. Zaharuddin Abdul Rahman NO LONGER hold any Shariah advisory or supervisory role in the operations, investment activities, or communications of ACB and TCB.
- Any use of our name, logo, credentials, or the name and image and video of Dr. Zaharuddin Abdul Rahman by the aforementioned entities must cease immediately across all platforms, including investment documents, marketing materials, social media, and websites.
This notification serves to eliminate any potential confusion of our former roles and to reaffirm our continued commitment to Shariah compliance and professional transparency.
This announcement does not imply that the two companies concerned are not Shariah-compliant. Rather, it is solely to clarify that we are no longer involved as the Shariah advisor for either company or their products. We thank all stakeholders for the trust, support, and understanding.
